This is a project I've inherited, and did not actually design or build.  However, for the past couple of years I have been the sole developer on the site, providing maintenance and taking care of any changes that need to be done.  Shortly after the site launch, the client became unsatisfied with the agency that did the initial development and has been working with me since that time.
